Rotary Amrutdhara Human Milk Bank, Satara
A Human Milk Bank (HMB) project is a specialized service that collects, screens, processes, tests, and distributes donor human milk to premature, sick, or vulnerable infants whose mothers cannot provide enough milk. These centers, often located in hospitals or neonatal units, ensure the safety and nutritional value of milk via pasteurization and donor screening, primarily supporting neonatal intensive care units. RC Wai established this Project at Civil Hospital, Satara. Opening ceremony was held under presence of DG Rtn Sudhir Lature and other Guests.
