Grievance Letter for Complistion of mainroad
The Rotary Club of Panchgani has lodged a formal grievance with the Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation over the poor condition of the Wai–Mahabaleshwar main road. In a letter dated February 17, 2026, Club President Amit Bodhe highlighted that large sections of the road have been left incomplete since October 2025, causing severe inconvenience to locals and tourists. The letter demands strict adherence to a “Seal-Before-Dig” policy, compliance with International Roughness Index (IRI) standards, increased manpower and machinery, and immediate safety measures such as signage and dust control. The club has warned that failure to act will lead to escalation to the Ministry’s Quality Assurance wing.
